Melanie Delorean is a Virginia Beach based multi-instrumentalist, singer, and band owner for the famously known and touted East Coast 1980s tribute, The Deloreans. She formed the group in 2008, and 16 years later continues to lead the band into greater success through a focus on high-energy, musical excellence, an attention to detail, drawing on team member strengths, and a dedication to outstanding production value and presentation. She has the ability to floor an audience with a spirited stage presence and powerful lead vocals, but doesn’t mind sitting in the background on bass, keytar, or drums, all the while singing background vocals and orchestrating the direction of the show.
Melanie started in music at an early age. She sang in church and was always encouraged by parents who sang and played instruments as well. She knew she wanted to pursue a career in music by the age of 15 and she gets to make that dream a reality each and every day!
